BAD COMPANY

         BY ZIYA’ULHAQ MUHAMMAD                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          A saying goes thus, “He that lies down with dogs shall rise up with fleas”. “Evil communication corrupt good manners” in other words a goat that befriends a pig will wallow in the mud.

                  The friends you keep will no doubt rub on your lifestyle and decisions. It is the birds of the same feathers that flock together, the characters and manners of your intimate friends give you a way.

                You become like those   you closely associate. Many troubles youth encounter especially in this digital era are caused by relationship with wrong people.

                For instance, many have become fraudsters, rapists, drug addicts, arm rubbers, gangsters etc as a result of associating with friends that involve in such devilish acts.

                Choose your friends thoughtfully and prayerfully. A saying also goes thus. “it is better to be along than in the wrong company. Friendship is not base on money or material benefit or gains, it is a relationship .it is your life, because you invest so much on it. The kind of company you keep make or mar your life, stretch your vision or choose your dream, drain potentials and it may leave you empty and confused.

                Be purposeful in choosing your friends. break off evil association. He is wise who fortifies his life with the right friend.
