Ado Bayero is one of the most famous ruler in Africa, he was born in the month of July 1930, his father is Alhaji Abdullahi bayero who ruled kano for 27 years, late Ado attended Quran local school in Kano, and in his western education, he attended kano palace primary school (kofar kudu)  in 1937, he also attend Arabic teaching school which he finished in 1947.

         In the year of 1947 he had been a banker with UN bank which is known today as First Bank, late Ado Bayero was a successful business man, and had worked as a police officer, MP and diplomat. He was the longest-serving emir in Kano’s history, he had been on throne since 1963, died after a long illness at the age of 83, he survived with four wives, over sixty children, and 300 grand children.
